5 Days until Savannah Kaye should arrive! We think we are ready! My mom gets in on Wednesday, I can't wait:)

I can't believe how big Sadie is getting. She loves to draw pictures of anything and everything. She is going to be a good big sister(we hope).

Thankfully, naps are getting a little easier.

Savannah Kaye is due in less than 4 weeks, so we finally made the attempt to move Sadie into a big girl bed. Lets just say it could have been better...and it could have been a lot worst! Nights are not that bad, but Naps are horrible!

3rd day...Sadie was not a great napper to begin with. Now she rarely gets a nap, just quiet time in her room. Naps have been the hardest part... she tends to fall asleep on the floor next to the door for 20 minutes. Hopefully we figure it out:)

We had a very fun, low key Christmas this year! Kev, Anna and Emerson came to visit for a few days and we decided to take Emerson and Sadie to Chucky Cheeses.

Sadie got a lot of new toys to play with. Santa got her a new baby and a rocking horse.

Nana got Sadie some books and the pjs she changed into.

We had a great Thanksgiving this year. We are so grateful for family and the chance we have to see them so often because we live so close. Thank you Popes for hosting yet another great dinner.

We had a great time in California. We got to see Faithy, Cruz, Tyler, Grammie and Grandma No No.

Thank goodness for Aunt Faithy and Grammie...Momma doesn't do high sky!

Anna and Emerson were in town for a funeral so we went up to see them. Sadie is still trying to get use to Emerson's high pitch talking. Luckily, we got a picture when she was happy:)

Emerson is "all boy" and Sadie is "all girl." We hope they will be friends soon.

Arizona Trip

We went to Arizona to visit Faith, Shaun, Court and Carly. We had so much fun in the 90 degree weather! Here are a few pictures from the trip...

Carol was in town so Sadie and I made the trip to Farmington to say Hi. It was a blast we miss the Labrums.

Sadie loves her baths...One day I heard her laughing so I went looking for her...sure enough there she was standing up by the tub.

Time flies... I can't believe my little girl is 11 months! I think she does something new ever week. I am loving this age (now if only she learned to take good naps:)

This year we were able to go to North Carolina (OBX) for Christmas. After getting use to the time change and many other changes, Sadie settled in and are 3 week vacation was a blast!

We had a lot of fun at the Pumpkin Patch with Noel, Tyson, Macy, Faith, Cruz, Shelby and Grammy.

First we went camping with my family up at Payson Lakes. It was a lot of fun, Sadie loves to be outside so she slept great.

The next weekend we went up Fairview Canyon to stay with the James family at their cabin. Staci, Troy and their kids are big into shooting so they let Jeff and I try to shoot some clay pigeons. Jeff did well.

Me on the other hand, didn't hit a thing, but I have a good bruise on my arm from the gun:)
It was loud so Sadie was very appreciative of her ear muffs:)

Summer fun 2010!

We have been busy this summer...We started off by moving to Springville and we are glad that is over. It is a lot harder to move with a baby than when it is just the two of you:) Than we were off to Bear Lake!All the girls lovin on Sadie:)

Grandpa, Grandma and Aunt Anna came to visit. Sadie got to meet her cousin Emmerson.Grandma and Papap holding their "happy" great- grandchildren. Emmerson started crying so Sadie thought she should too. (Look at that temper...just like her daddy's:)jk)Aunt Anna and Sadie Sadie loves when grandma Susan's here, she never has to play by herself. Mommy hates when Grandma Susan leaves because Sadie thinks she needs to be held all day:)

Sadie's blessing was so fun, it was nice to have so much family there. Sadie got to wear the dress I was blessed in...that was special, thanks mom for saving it.

It wasn't easy going back to work for 6 weeks, but who better to leave Sadie with than her favorite Auntie Noel, and cousins Macy and Tyson.

So... growing up my mom would always tell Noel and I that when she brought me home from the hospital Noel immediately claimed me as "her baby." She would cry if my mom took me away from her, saying "my baby, my baby!" Well the circle has made its rounds:) Mace loves her "baabee." She follows Sadie around and if someone picks her up and walks in the other room Macy begins to cry "baabee!" On the weekends she wakes up looking all around the house for Sadie.

This was a bad day! Sorry Noel!
Mace is going to be such a good mommy:)

I love being a mother...the sleepless nights, crying, poopie diapers are all worth it. Sadie will be 7 weeks soon and I can't believe how fast it has gone.

Sadie's first Sunday...Daddy is still learning how to take good pictures:) Don't mind the G's.

Just chill'in in the bath...one of her favorite things to do. She had a kink in her neck after that bath:)

Grandma came and helped out for 2 weeks...Sadie loved sleeping with her and I loved letting her:) Thanks Susan!

This summer I decided to change classrooms..."Why if it's your last year teaching... you ask?" Well at the time a bigger classroom and a bathroom in the classroom sounded great! Then jeff and I started cleaning out the new classroom....BIG MISTAKE! A lot more work than I thought!

Who knew my mom was so talented...I think she had fun busting out her painting skills!

Kentucky Trip
